Wysdom League is a free-to-use digital platform that may include:

• skill-based social games,
• engagement-driven experiences,
• informational content,
• community interactions,
• news aggregation and summarisation services through the “NYUZ” feature,
• and other digital entertainment services.

The Platform is intended solely for:

• entertainment,
• engagement,
• informational consumption,
• social interaction,
• and awareness purposes.

Rewards, if any, are provided purely as motivation and are not guaranteed.

Wysdom League is not:

• a gambling platform,
• a betting platform,
• a wagering platform,
• a stock advisory platform,
• a financial advisory platform,
• or a registered news publishing organisation.

NYUZ functions solely as a news aggregation and summarisation feature that provides short-form summaries of publicly available news content sourced from third-party publishers, APIs, and content providers.

• The Platform is completely free to use
• No purchases can be made for gameplay
• No money is required to participate in any game
• No paid entries, paid advantages, or paid upgrades exist

All points, tokens, crowns, and virtual indicators:

• cannot be purchased,
• cannot be transferred outside the Platform,
• cannot be traded,
• cannot be redeemed for cash,
• and hold no monetary value outside the Platform ecosystem.

They cannot be exchanged for anything of value outside the Platform.

• All games on Wysdom League are purely skill-based.
• No element of luck or chance is involved at any stage
• Outcomes depend on speed of response, accuracy, persistence, continued engagement, knowledge, consistency, and other skill-based factors
• The Platform uses proprietary ranking systems and algorithms that explicitly eliminate luck and chance.

• Rankings are determined using proprietary algorithms
• Rankings may consider performance-based and engagement-based metrics
• Randomisation or chance is not used in rankings
• The Company’s decisions regarding rankings, scores, evaluations, and interpretations are final and binding.

• Points, tokens, and crowns are virtual indicators only
• They exist solely within the Platform ecosystem
• Accumulation does not guarantee rewards
• The Company reserves the right to modify, reset, discontinue, revoke, or alter them at any time without notice

• Rewards are not guaranteed for any game
• Rewards are offered solely as motivation
• Rewards may or may not be announced for any game

If rewards are announced:

• they may be funded by sponsors or the Company,
• they may be modified or withdrawn,
• and they may be subject to verification requirements.

The Company reserves the right to:

• modify,
• reduce,
• replace,
• delay,
• suspend,
• or cancel rewards entirely at its sole discretion.

Even if rewards are announced and a game is completed:

• sponsors may withdraw,
• the Company may be unable to distribute rewards,
• rewards may be cancelled,
• delays may occur,
• or technical or operational issues may arise.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• non-distribution of rewards,
• sponsor withdrawal,
• inability to fulfil rewards,
• technical failures,
• financial inability,
• or any expectation, loss, claim, or damages arising from rewards.

Participation in a game, including winning, does not guarantee rewards of any kind, even if rewards were announced, declared, marketed, or promised.

If rewards are distributed:

• applicable taxes may be deducted as required under Indian law,
• no prior or written intimation is required for tax deductions,
• participants remain solely responsible for additional tax liabilities and compliance obligations.

The Company bears no responsibility for individual tax compliance.

Rewards may not be issued to participants who:

• do not possess valid government-issued identification,
• do not possess a valid PAN card where required,
• provide inaccurate or mismatched details,
• fail verification requirements,
• or violate Platform rules.

KYC verification may be mandatory for reward eligibility.

The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for:

• errors in questions, answers, summaries, rankings, or articles,
• inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading content,
• typographical, editorial, AI-generated, or technical mistakes,
• interruptions in content availability,
• broken external links,
• delays in updates,
• or third-party publisher content.

All evaluations, scoring, rankings, summaries, and interpretations are final and provided on an “as available” basis.

The Platform may provide access to a feature named “NYUZ” that aggregates and displays short-form news summaries generated manually or using artificial intelligence and automated technologies.

NYUZ:

• does not create original journalistic reporting,
• does not claim ownership of third-party news articles,
• and serves solely as a discovery and informational layer for users.

All original articles, trademarks, logos, images, headlines, and related intellectual property belong to their respective publishers, authors, licensors, or rights holders.

The Platform may:

• display publisher names,
• display author names,
• display article thumbnails or images,
• display summaries or excerpts,
• and redirect users to original publisher websites or articles.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• summaries may be generated, shortened, paraphrased, or modified using artificial intelligence systems,
• summaries may not fully represent the complete context of the original article,
• summaries may contain inaccuracies or omissions,
• and original publisher articles remain the authoritative source of information.

The Company does not endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:

• the accuracy of third-party news,
• editorial positions,
• political viewpoints,
• opinions expressed by publishers,
• or completeness of information.

Users are encouraged to read the original publisher article before relying on information presented within NYUZ.

The Company respects the intellectual property rights of publishers, authors, and third parties.

If any publisher, copyright owner, or authorised representative believes that any content displayed through the Platform:

• infringes copyright,
• violates intellectual property rights,
• or requires removal,

they may contact: hello@wysdomleague.com with one of the above 3 points as subject content of the email.

Upon determining that a complaint or takedown request is valid, the Company shall act accordingly and reserves the right to:

• remove content,
• disable access,
• restrict visibility,
• or take any action deemed appropriate without prior notice.

The Company does not knowingly claim ownership over third-party publisher content displayed through NYUZ.

• Reward distribution is solely at the Company’s discretion
• Participants cannot demand rewards under any circumstances
• No disputes regarding rewards, rankings, scores, summaries, or interpretations will be entertained

Users must not:

• manipulate gameplay,
• manipulate rankings,
• use bots, scripts, automation tools, or exploits,
• attempt unauthorised access,
• misuse Platform systems,
• interfere with Platform operations,
• scrape Platform content,
• or engage in abusive or fraudulent conduct.

The Company reserves the right to:

• suspend,
• restrict,
• terminate,
• or investigate accounts without prior notice.

The Platform may display:

• advertisements,
• sponsored content,
• promotional campaigns,
• and brand integrations.

By using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree that advertisements may appear throughout the Platform experience.

The Company does not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for any products or services advertised by the Company or by third parties.

The Platform may redirect users to third-party websites, publisher platforms, or external applications.

The Company:

• does not control third-party websites,
• is not responsible for external content,
• and shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from external websites or services.

Users access external links entirely at their own discretion and risk.

By using the Platform, you confirm that either:

• you are at least 18 years of age, or
• if your age is between 12 and 18, you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent where applicable.

If such a user becomes eligible for rewards, rewards shall be disbursed only to the parent or legal guardian, subject to verification and written consent requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• loss of rewards,
• loss of data,
• service interruptions,
• technical failures,
• external website failures,
• reliance on news content,
• inaccuracies in summaries,
• publisher content availability,
• indirect damages,
• consequential damages,
• or financial losses arising from use of the Platform.

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

• Use of the Platform is also governed by the Platform Privacy Policy.
• By using the Platform, users consent to data collection, processing, advertisements, analytics, and operational practices described within the Privacy Policy.

• The Company may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• All disputes and legal matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka
